Cookie Policy

Last updated:

A short policy, because this is a short subject: we do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across the web.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Related technologies (local storage and session storage) do much the same thing. This policy covers all of them.

What we do not use

We want to be plain about this, because most cookie policies are not. As of the date at the top of this page, 360 Mngmt sets no advertising cookies, no analytics or measurement cookies, no social media pixels and no third-party profiling or retargeting. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no advertising network on this site. That is also why you are not being shown a consent banner: under Spanish and EU rules, one is only required for non-essential storage, and we do not set any.

What we do use

  • Strictly necessary functional storage. Our enquiry and newsletter forms hold a short-lived, signed timing token so we can tell a real visitor from an automated script. It contains no personal data and no identifier for you, and it expires within hours.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on our forms. When the challenge is active, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie (typically cf_clearance) and read basic browser signals to confirm you are a person rather than a script. It is a security measure, not a tracking or advertising tool, and Cloudflare states it does not use it to build advertising profiles. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs for reliability and security. Separately, we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address for 48 hours to rate-limit our forms, never the raw address.

Everything above falls under the "strictly necessary" exemption in Spanish law (Article 22.2 LSSI-CE) and the EU ePrivacy rules, so it does not require your prior consent. None of it is used to profile you or to advertise to you.

Fonts and images

Our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from a third-party font service, so no request about you is sent elsewhere in order to render this page. Images are served from our own content delivery infrastructure and set no cookies.

Managing storage in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its settings, usually under "Privacy". Blocking the items above will not stop you reading the site, but the bot check on our forms may fail, which can prevent an enquiry from going through. If that happens, simply email us at info@360mngmt.org instead.

If this changes

If we ever introduce analytics or any other non-essential storage, we will add a proper consent banner that asks you first, and we will update this page and the date at the top before doing so.
